Empower Me is a group with the mission of uplifting marginalized people, emphasizing female empowerment. In the logo, "Me" is reflected under "We" in Empower, showing that empowerment is just as much about lifting up others as it is about lifting up yourself. And the use of traditionally-gendered colors invites everyone to join in the discussions. Inspired by decades of protest typography (below), I used a bold condensed typeface to convey strength and urgency.
